1. Once we have received your email or phone call we will arrange a time suitable for yourselves so we can come and interview you about the incidents and fill in an incident form, during this period we will run base line tests in the premises to establish if there is any high or unusual EMF readings. This meeting should take no longer than 30 minutes, After this meeting we will go away and determine if there is a basis for a full scale investigation. You will be kept informed throughout the process.
2. We will then arrange a date suitable for the investigation, please be aware that all investigations are night based and can run into early hours of the morning (if this is not suitable for you then we can arrange an alternative). We also ask that any children in the household not be present as anything regarding paranormal can be frightening to them especially younger children, you and your partner or a (1) friend may be present during the investigation but we ask please do not bring a party of people as we take these investigations very seriously and too many people can make the investigations difficult.
3. During the investigation we will be using various tools like the EMF meter, Voice recorders and Photography and video recording equipment. (we do not use mediums on our investigations) we will investigate all the incidents you mention to us and try to find a logical solution, a high percentage of reported paranormal incidents can easily be explained, we will also be taking notes all night of anything we do find, again we do ask that anyone present at the investigation be as quiet as possible so not to contaminate evidence collected.
4. After the investigation we will analyse all the evidence this may take a few days or maybe up to a week depending on the equipment we used and how long the the investigation was, once the evidence has been analysed we will arrange another meeting and show you anything we have found. and also to check if anything else has happened since our last visit. as said before a high percentage of hauntings can be explained, if there's anything that cannot be explained do not worry we are always here to offer full support.
